Maria has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and over 10 years of working experience in the non-governmental sector. She developed most of her activity in a n NGO from Popesti Leordeni, Ilfov County, where she initially worked as a volunteer, and then became the first employee of the organization. She thus had the opportunity to participate directly in the design and implementation of programs for the community: cultural, educational, sports and recreation programs for children and teens, programs for helping disadvantaged families, adult training programs.
Maria joined PACT Foundation because she resonates with the organization’s mission, wants to specialize in the field of community development and to continue her professional activity in this area.
