Irina joined PACT in september 2012, to contribute to developing the advocacy capacity of PACT and its partner networks. She is currently coordinating the project „Advocacy and public policies for social development in Romania”. Irina obtained a BA in Political Science from the University of Bucharest in 2008, and an MPhil in Comparative Government from the University of Oxford in 2010. During her time in Oxford she benefited from the Weidenfeld Scholarship and the leadership and public policy programme of the London-based Institute for Strategic Dialogue. Since 2005, she has worked or collaborated with the General Secretariat of the Government of Romania, the International Republican Institute in Romania, CEE Trust, CeRe and Ecopolis.
