Magda has been involved in the field of community development since 2005, as an assistant, later a programme coordinator, for “Learning, Participation, Trust”. In the past 2 years, Magdalena has worked on various community development projects in south Romania, acquiring experience in using participatory methods of working with the community, among which the Theatre Forum method, as well as innovative participatory methods used in adult education. Magda is a graduate of the Department of Social Work of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Bucharest, and holds an MA in Local and Regional Development from the Institute of Social Studies, Hague, Netherlands.
