Marius Corduneanu

Marius majored in History, at the University of Bucharest, but he has never worked in the field. He got an MBA at the University of Birmingham, in the UK, and he has built his career in management, both in the public and private sectors. Presently, he is working in the latter.

“My involvement with PACT Foundation and the Donors Circle came to be more out of curiosity. My perception about the non-profit environment was mainly negative because most NGOs I knew didn’t support the interests of their beneficiaries, but more those of the founders and members. But at PACT, I met motivated people who work with pleasure, with the belief that they can make a change in the communities they work in.

The Donors Circle is a place where I can meet people with different concerns, from which I have much to learn. Also, the activities organized by PACT are a nice way of spending my spare time and I always attend them with pleasure.”
