Jeremy has many years experience in the public and private sectors. He has recruited and led multi-disciplinary teams for planning, evaluation, implementation and supervision of socio-economic development projects throughout the Eastern Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Africa. His has extensive experience with feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and monitoring and evaluation. Specialist skills include institutional strengthening, socio-economic development projects and management information systems. He was managing director of a UK rural development consultancy company and has worked with numerous N.G.O.’s. Jeremy is currently a freelance rural development consultant.
