Manuel has been involved in initiating community development projects for disadvantaged communities since 2000. Most part of his activity took place at the Romanian Fund for Social Development where he worked as community facilitator, trainer and facilitation expert. During the years, he has collaborated with several organisations active in the fields of social development, rural development, environment, and social economy: Rural Development Project, Civil Society Development Foundation, Pestalozzi Foundation, Greenpeace CEE Romania Foundation. The collaboration with PACT Foundation started in 2015 when he joined the community development consultants team within zefiR project.
